Returns and Complaints

The following information summarises the rules set out in the Audiomica Online Store Terms and Conditions.

Products made according to the customer’s specifications

The Audiomica store offers personalised products made to the customer’s individual order according to specified parameters, such as length, connector type, colour, product version or finish.

Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy the consumer’s individual needs.

Products made according to the customer’s specifications therefore cannot be returned without giving a reason.

Standard products

If the store offers a standard, prefabricated product that is not subject to personalisation, a consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Information about that right will be provided with the relevant product.

Complaints

The absence of the right to return a personalised product without giving a reason does not limit the right to make a complaint. If the delivered product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the selected specification, the customer may submit a complaint.

Complaints should preferably be sent to info@audiomica.com and include the order number, a brief description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the defect.

A complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt. If it is accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced, its price will be reduced, or the payment will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
