Online Store Terms and Conditions

  1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at www.audiomica.com.

The Seller and owner of the Store is PAULINA MIKA ASSOCIATED AUDIO BRANDS, with its registered office in Gorlice, ul. Słoneczna 2, 38-300 Gorlice, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7381871705, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 492919495, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), e-mail: info@audiomica.com, telephone: +48 535 524 835.

The Audiomica Store offers exclusively personalised products (so-called craft products). This means that each item is manufactured to the Customer’s special, individual order according to parameters strictly specified by the Customer (such as dimensions/length, connector type, colour, product version or unique finish).

  1. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions mean:

Store – the online store operating at www.audiomica.com.

Seller – the owner of the Store and the entity fulfilling orders.

Customer – any natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order in the Store.

Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity (including an entrepreneur with consumer rights if the purchase is not of a professional nature for that person).

Made-to-order Product (Craft product) – a non-prefabricated item made from scratch or modified according to the Customer’s specifications (including the selection of dimensions/length, connectors, colours, product version or unique finish).

  1. Order Placement and Fulfilment Procedure

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through www.audiomica.com.

To place an order, the Customer configures the product by selecting the required parameters, adds it to the cart and completes the order form.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, production begins only after the order has been paid for and the Customer has given final approval to the selected specifications.

The order fulfilment time is stated in the product description or communicated to the Customer individually, as it depends on the complexity of the selected configuration.

  1. Conclusion of the Sales Contract

After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic e-mail at the address provided, summarising the selected parameters. This message only confirms that the system has received the order.

The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends a separate e-mail to the Customer confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, the actual production process (order fulfilment) begins only after the Customer has paid for the order and both parties have given final approval to the selected technical specifications.

The fulfilment time depends on the complexity of the selected configuration and is stated in the product description or communicated to the Customer individually after the contract is concluded.

  1. Payments and Delivery

Prices in the Store are stated in PLN and include all applicable taxes (gross prices).

The Customer may choose from the following payment methods: Przelewy24 instant electronic payments, BLIK, payment card and traditional bank transfer.

Delivery within Poland is free of charge. The total order amount is displayed in the cart before finalisation.

Delivery within Poland is carried out by a courier operator to the address indicated by the Customer.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exclusion (Returns)

In accordance with the Store’s main business profile, the products sold are Made-to-order Products (handcrafted, so-called craft products), made from scratch or modified according to the Customer’s instructions.

Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to contracts concerning non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy the consumer’s individual needs.

Consequently, return procedures and requirements to provide technical withdrawal functions directly in the online interface (arising, among other things, from the implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/2673 of the European Parliament and of the Council) do not apply to Made-to-order Products. A product made to measure and personalised for specific needs cannot be offered again through standard resale.

If the Store occasionally offers standard products (prefabricated and not subject to personalisation), a Customer who is a Consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In such cases, the Store will provide the relevant information, procedures and legally required interface functions enabling effective withdrawal from the contract.

  1. Complaints and Lack of Conformity of Goods with the Contract

The absence of the right to return a product without giving a reason does not affect your right to make a complaint. If the delivered product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the specification you selected, we accept full responsibility.

In relation to Consumers, we are liable for a lack of conformity of goods with the contract under Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints should preferably be submitted electronically to info@audiomica.com. Please include a brief description of the issue, the order number and, where possible, photographs of the defect.

We undertake to consider a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair the product, replace it with a new one, reduce its price or refund the payment in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by generally applicable Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, in particular assistance from the competent Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, a permanent consumer arbitration court, or a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. Information about available procedures is provided by the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 July 2026. We reserve the right to amend them; however, orders placed before an amendment are governed by the version in force on the purchase date.
