PROCESS

Our Cables Are Built, Not Manufactured

A human workshop process—tested, refined, and signed by hand—so every cable earns its place in your system.

An Homage

In an age of automated assembly and mass production, a dangerous illusion has taken hold: that precision can be achieved only by a machine. We hold the opposite to be true. A machine can follow a program. It can repeat a task with speed and efficiency. But a machine cannot exercise judgment. It cannot feel the subtle tension of a perfectly seated connector. It cannot hear the sonic signature of its own work.

The creation of a truly high-performance audio cable is not a manufacturing process; it is a discipline. It requires the steady hand, discerning eye, and uncompromising standards of a skilled artisan. At Audiomica Laboratory, our production floor is not a factory. It is a workshop where science is given its final, human form.

01

Earning the Right to Exist

A design on a computer screen is merely a hypothesis. Before a single production cable is built, its prototype must survive one of the most rigorous evaluation processes in the industry.

The journey begins in the laboratory with exhaustive electrical measurements to verify its theoretical performance, but this is merely the baseline.

The true trial takes place in our dedicated acoustic listening room, where the prototype is judged not by instruments, but by the human ear for neutrality, dynamics, and that most elusive quality: musicality. Promising designs are then sent to a trusted group of external testers for evaluation in over twenty different high-fidelity systems, ensuring performance in the unpredictable environments of real-world use.

This begins a brutal, iterative cycle of refinement where feedback is gathered, changes are implemented, and the process is repeated until the standard is absolute.

Our analysis shows that only 20% of our initial prototypes ever survive this gauntlet to become an Audiomica product. The 80% that fail are not mistakes; they are the necessary sacrifices required to achieve the exceptional.

02

One Cable at a Time

Once a design is finalized, production begins. An Audiomica cable is never touched by an assembly line; each one is built by hand, from beginning to end, by a single, highly trained technician.

The process is methodical and unhurried, starting with the meticulous inspection and preparation of all raw materials. The complex geometry of the cable is then carefully assembled, with our patented CTB screens braided at a perfect tension and dielectrics applied without compression.

The most critical stage is the termination, where connectors are affixed using a proprietary soldering technique to create a joint of immense mechanical and electrical integrity. Finally, the cable is fitted with its outer jacket and components, with each element seated with a precision that ensures both aesthetic perfection and long-term durability.

This is the only way to ensure that the thousand small details that define a cable's performance are executed with absolute precision.

03

Accountability by Name

We believe that true quality demands absolute accountability. The final step in our process is a rigorous inspection and the creation of a permanent record of that quality.

Every finished cable undergoes a final battery of tests to confirm its electromechanical correctness, ensuring it performs identically to the master prototype that passed the gauntlet.

A By-Name Quality Confirmation certificate is then created for that specific cable, bearing a unique serial number for perfect traceability. Most importantly, this document is personally signed by two individuals: the technician who assembled the entire structure, and the quality inspector who conducted the final tests.

This certificate is our promise to you, signed by hand. It is a guarantee of authenticity and a permanent record of the human care invested in your cable, a statement that we stand behind our work not as a faceless corporation, but as the individuals who built it.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

A Promise Made Tangible

This entire disciplined progression—from the crucible of testing to the artisan’s bench and the finality of a signature—is more than our production method. It is the architecture of trust.

We believe that the hands that build a product imbue it with an integrity that no machine can replicate.

This process is our unwavering commitment made tangible, confirming the fundamental, audible difference between a component that is merely manufactured, and an instrument that is created for music.
